Effective March 26, 2021, The PACT Act requirements have ended direct to consumer online sales. Soon to follow, the USPS and UPS ban on shipping vapor products (Covid Stimulus Bill) will take effect as well.
This is why you can not purchase from our website. This is an industry wide issue and not just us.
How do you get our products going forward?
The initial compliance process in each state is quite daunting. But we have heard you. We have listened to every heart felt story and conversation and are attempting to come up with a solution.
The new laws require us to work directly business to business only.
Meaning, we can legally sell to your local vapor, tobacco store, and other compliant retailers where you physically purchase items in store.
While many retailers have closed over the years, and more are projected to close this year, if you have a shop that is convenient to you, in the future, you may be able to purchase our product there.
The first step depends on you.
Go into your favorite store, speak to a manager, and ask that they contact us to either establish a wholesale account with us, or simply facilitate the purchase of your items.
Once we engage with the retailer, depending on the state, this process could take a month or so.
It will take time to establish a new account, confirm compliance, and more, so please speak to your local shops immediately.
Things that you can tell them of importance:
1. Our PMTA for all products was accepted by the FDA on November 2, 2020.
2. Our FDA Tobacco Product Numbers were issued for all products on December 7, 2016.
In summary, our products are fully legal for sale in the USA.

Since the process has changed, it's essentially like starting all over from the beginning. Some retailers may not be capable of evolving quickly. As of this moment, we are working on compliance in several states and we will gladly add more states as the demand dictates. It's simply financially and administratively impossible for us to be compliant in every state at this moment.

Every retailer will be processed properly in hopes of setting up their new account with us. Every possibility and every attempt will be made.
If a retailer that you recommend has said that they "tried to contact us but could not" (or similar response), please call us and let us know. Unfortunately, this is common practice for some retailers and is a sure indicator that you should talk to a different store. To be able to update you, we will maintain a spreadsheet of who we are talking to, as well as where we are in the process.
If there is any major news that changes things, or if other solutions become available (ie. 3rd party logistics delivery, etc) we will make this information known as soon as possible.
