Here’s what’s changing July 1st, 2020 for people who vape in the state New York.

"I’ve been ordering online for years now because the shops don’t have acceptable products. Now what? Isn’t there any way to get the product I’m used to?"

Based on our understanding of the law, the answer to this question is unclear regarding hardware. However, it pains us to tell you that we can no longer sell vapor liquids to you. - WFV

"This seems like a win for Big Tobacco and a major loss for those of us that have quit smoking cigarettes."

While it does seem this way, we encourage you to continue making progress in your efforts to quit smoking/vaping all together. You have worked too hard to give up now. - WFV

Effective July 1, 2020

Online sales of any e-liquid--regardless of flavor--are banned (vaping is folded into the same provision that bans shipment of cigarettes to consumers). The penalty for selling or shipping a vapor product to a consumer in NY is a Class A misdemeanor and carries a fine of $5000 or $100 per vapor product.

THIS MEANS THAT WE CAN NOT SELL TO YOU IF YOU LIVE IN NEW YORK
