The Omnibus spending bill (that funds the government) also includes language that will ban U.S. Post Office from mailing shipments of vaping products.
This bill would prohibit the U.S. Postal Service from accepting packages of vapor products for delivery.
As described, the U.S. Postal Service now has 120 days to implement regulations that prohibit mailing vaping products. The PACT Act provisions become law in 90 days.
For now, its business as usual. We will update this post with more information.
Update, February 12, 2021
It is our understanding that UPS, Fedex and DHL are also following suit with the USPS. UPS has published their date of April 5th, 2021.
We will update this page as soon as we know more.
We are going to be very honest, but we're also trying to not be alarming; it is not looking good for the vape industry as a whole at this point.
