As we all know, the PACT Act (March 2021) changed the way the vapor industry does business.
While in the future we may be able to offer direct to customer purchases (online orders for select states), for business to business we are all set!

We have filed nationwide, however, as of today, the following states are approved (updated October 8, 2021):
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois (except Cook County, due to flavor bans and tax situations), Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New York (Flavor bans), North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin.
What does this mean?
First off, all items and all nicotine levels are available. Your orders will be manufactured for the store.
The process is simple:
Go to a local tobacco or vape store, even one that's not in a state on the list above since more states are opening soon.
Option 1. Go to that store and let them know you want them to "facilitate an order" for you.
Don't worry, they are getting paid for this so it should be a welcomed proposition.
When you go into that store, speak to a manager, and ask that they contact us to establish a wholesale account and simply facilitate the purchase of your items.

Things that you can tell them of importance:
A. Our PMTA for all products was accepted by the FDA on November 2, 2020.
B. Our FDA Tobacco Product Numbers were issued for all products on December 7, 2016.
In summary, our products are fully legal for sale in the USA.
What is this new process that took so long to develop?
Not only is the taxation reporting process quite cumbersome, it takes a lot of people on the back end to support it. What we have done is partnered up with the largest distributor in the Midwest!
They are the located in a central area to be able to support all states quickly and efficiently.
Option 2. Ask that store if they already have an account with "Vapin Direct". If so, then the process is even easier! They simply need to add what you need on their next order.
All of our products from Worlds Finest Vapors®, The Master Chef Collection and VaporCeuticals® are fully loaded on the Vapin Direct Business to Business website.
If they don't already have an account, don't worry.
For new accounts, every retailer will be processed properly to set up their new account. Every attempt will be made to get them approved and help make this happen.
If a retailer that you recommend has said that they "tried to contact us but could not" (or similar response), please call us and let us know. Unfortunately, this is common practice for some retailers and is a sure indicator that you should talk to a different store. If a store does not want to facilitate an order for you, simply talk to another store! Reputable stores know that things have changed in 2021!
To be able to update you, we will maintain a spreadsheet of who we are talking to, as well as where we are in the process.
