Order Cancellations

You may, within the first hour of order placement, cancel an unprocessed order (before the ship notice) for a full no questions asked refund. Once we have sent the shipped notice email with tracking number we can not simply cancel an order at that point.

Order & Warranty 

All sales on liquid are FINAL.

Our formulas are engineered by Ph.D. Chemists with heavy focus on quality control, flavor and consistency. Taste is a very subjective sense that will vary greatly from person to person. We can not accept returns on products that do not meet your personal flavor expectations. We recommend purchasing a sampler pack or a single 10ml bottle to determine if our e-liquid is a match for your personal taste.

Due to strict Quality Control guidelines, returned e-liquid will never be re-used for any purpose, hence we can not accept it.

All consumable hardware is genuine and authentic. Items such as atomizer heads, coils, CLR heads, and the like are non-refundable unless proven to be defective. Defective consumable products may be returned for an exchange within 3 days of purchase.

All other hardware is genuine and authentic. Items such as complete kits have a 7 day guarantee against manufacturer defects (such as DOA, etc). After 7 days, the manufacturer warrantee applies which is generally up to 90 days. We are not the manufacturer of the hardware, we are the manufacturer of the liquid and offer a limited amount of hardware as a courtesy to our customers.

Large volume and custom orders often can not be returned.

We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (as per the packing slip, we shipped you an incorrect item, etc.).

We are not responsible for issues you may encounter with our products used with ANY OTHER MANUFACTURERS/OR OTHER VENDORS PRODUCTS.

Return, Exchange and Contact Information

By calling 310.212.3111 or emailing us with an issue, you will be given a return materials authorization (RMA). Once the items are shipped by you (at your cost) and received by us and inspected to actually be faulty - you will receive a full refund (or exchange) to include your shipping costs paid (maximum $6.80). If the materials that are returned are proven not faulty, or faulty due to mishandling or improper use - an exchange may be granted, however a refund for shipping costs will not be given.
