Shipping BasicsAll orders get a United States Post Office (USPS) Tracking Number (free shipping or paid). In addition, we email you at each stage of the order/fulfillment/delivery process. Once you receive the email with your USPS tracking number this means that your order has shipped.
Our local Post Office has a volume shipper drop off deadline at exactly:
Orders received prior to these times will be shipped the same day. Orders received after these times will be shipped the next business day. We cannot ship during USPS Holidays, or any other day/time the US Post Office is closed.
Returns Policy & Exchange
You may cancel or modify an unprocessed order (before the ship notice with tracking number is sent to you) for a full no questions asked refund.
This means, you have about an hour (during regular business hours) after the order is placed to cancel or change your order.
All sales on liquid are FINAL. Please make sure your order is correct.
All hardware has a 7 Day guarantee against manufacturer defects with the exception of the coils/atomizers. After 7 days, the manufacturer warrantee applies which is generally up to 90 days. We are not the manufacturer of the hardware, we are the manufacturer of the liquid and offer a limited amount of hardware as a courtesy to our customers.
Large volume orders are often custom manufactured and cannot be returned.
We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item that does not correlate with your packing slip, etc.). Please make sure that your order is correct during the checkout procedure. We can only ship what the system says that you ordered.
Additional Shipping Information
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on weather, natural disasters and other uncontrollable events that can interrupt the USPS transportation flow, some shipping date estimates may be delayed.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
For USA shipments, every order gets a USPS tracking number
We email you at each stage of the order process. The final email includes a tracking number for your shipment. Once you receive the email with the tracking number that means that your order has shipped.
